NOTICE OF A TIER USAGE INCREASE
No changes to the Base Rate
New Tiers will become effective from February 2025 meter reading cycle
Usage Tier changes are as follows:
GALLONS: NEW RATE PER 1,000 GAL:
0-1,000 $8.00 per 1,000 gallons
1,001-8,000 $11.00 per 1,000 gallons
8,001-40,000 $13.00 per 1,000 gallons
40,001-50,000 $15.00 per 1,000 gallons
50,001-Over $25.00 per 1,000 gallons
The following is a list of the current rates for your comparison
GALLONS: OLD RATE PER 1,000 GAL:
0-2,000 $7.00 per 1,000 gallons
2,001-8,000 $9.00 per 1,000 gallons
8,001-20,000 $11.00 per 1,000 gallons
20,001-40,000 $12.00 per 1,000 gallons
40,001-50,000 $14.00 per 1,000 gallons
Over 50,001 $20.00 per 1,000 gallons
In consideration of inflation in operations, maintenance, and repair costs, the Board has approved an increase in the tier rate per 1,000 gallons in accordance with the 2025 budget.
