Due Dates

All water bills are mailed on the first day of each month and payments are due upon receipt.

If you do not receive your bill by the 10th of the month, LTG Water cannot be held responsible for the mail service. 

It is the responsibility of the member to call, text, email or set up a billpay account.

The billpay account will notify you when your bill is ready or if you're late.

Payment options after the initial set up are: Text to pay, Auto pay (processes on the 17th of each month) & pay at your convenience.  

Payments are considered late after the 20th. If the 20th falls on a weekend a or holiday, the water bill is due in the office by the next business day by 10:00 AM to avoid a late penalty.
